Alex turns ideas into space and connects every strand of the process. Armed with a degree in architecture and seasoned by years of brand work, he guides projects from first intuition to built reality, ensuring that concept, detail and execution come together as one. His focus lies in crafting retail, hospitality and office environments that engage all senses while strengthening the stories behind them.

Christoph Reichelt
Co-Founder, Brand & Graphic Design
Christoph brings clarity to every visual story. Rooted in a clean, precise design language, he distills complex ideas into graphic systems that feel effortless and exacting at once. As an art director, he moves seamlessly from photo sets to magazine layouts, ensuring concept and composition align down to the smallest detail. His work sharpens the visual thread that runs through every Foundation Three project, linking space, image and narrative.

Maximilian Hammerl
Co-Founder, Strategy & Social Media
Max turns ideas into impact. He designs holistic brand narratives that resonate far beyond the screen. Working closely with chefs, restaurants and brands, he aligns concept, positioning and guest experience. Equally at ease storyboarding a campaign or filming on location, he pairs rigorous strategy with hands-on content production — video, social, digital — so every touchpoint amplifies the brand.
